Markus is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Restructuring in Munich. He brings more than 25 years of experience in restructuring and turnaround management to the table and has held several senior management roles at various companies (e.g. SKY Deutschland and Austria and PrimaCom). Markus has spent many years in consulting firms, his area of expertise ranges from organic transformations, in-depth restructurings and work-out-programs to strategy and organizational design. Besides his career as a consultant, Markus has several other entrepreneurial projects. One of them sees him as the owner of two nursery school facilities.
